My DIY tool looks like this:

It consists of 2 turned parts, a bolt M8 X 55 and a nut.
You should place a washer under the nut, or use a flanged nut like I did.

The turned parts then look like this:

Extraction sleeve:
Outer diameter 17mm

A hole with an M8 thread in the pressure piece is very helpful for screwing the tool set together when not in use.
