The float chambers are supplied with an overflow pipe, which is pressed into the bottom of the chamber.
Please pinch off the inside, sand it smooth with a Dremel and glue it shut with 2K-Stabilit Express until the glue comes out on the outside.
And don't forget to convert the choke jet from the old float chambers, as the new ones are supplied without choke jet!

The SNV seat can be replaced with overflowing carburetors, for which you should make a special tool.

For converting a carburetor to 80 hp or 100 hp
you can convert the carburetor for the 80 hp and 100 hp engine by replacing the atomizer. This is pressed into the housing of the 100 hp carburetor and can be pressed out.
It is not pressed into the 80 hp carburetor as it is symmetrical. When installing the 100 hp atomizer, pay attention to the position of the opening in the upper area of the atomizer and then press it in. It must not be possible to twist the atomizer.
If this is the case, the conversion has failed ….
